LEAP India IPO Day 3: Check subscription status, allotment date and steps

Supply chain asset pooling firm LEAP India's ₹2,480 crore initial public offering has been subscribed 70% so far on Tuesday, August 11, the last day of bidding.

The IPO mobilised bids for 8,09,86,358 shares compared to 11,49,91,735 shares on offer, leading to a 0.70% subscription, as per data available with the NSE until 11:09 am.

The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) quota secured 61% subscription, while the non-institutional investors category was subscribed 1.08 times. The portion for retail individual investors was booked 59%.

The IPO consisted of a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹480 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹2,000 crore.

The money raised will be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings of the company and for general corporate purposes.

At the upper end of the price band, the company will command a post-issue market capitalisation of about Rs 7,005 crore.

Earlier, LEAP India raised around ₹371.3 crore via a pre-IPO placement, with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC's subsidiary Gamnat Pte Ltd and hedge fund Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd among the investors. The placement was conducted on August 3-4.

JM Financial, Avendus Capital, IIFL Capital Services, and UBS Securities India are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India is the registrar.

LEAP India Ltd, incorporated in 2013, specialises in sustainable supply chain and asset-pooling solutions. Its services include equipment pooling, inventory management, returnable packaging, transportation, and repair & maintenance across industries like e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, and consumer durables.

LEAP India IPO: Allotment and listing date

The basis of allotment of LEAP India will be finalised on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The company's shares will debut on the NSE and the BSE on Friday, August 14.
