The initial public offering (IPO) of Kataria Industries will open for subscription on Tuesday, July 16. The issue, which will conclude on July 19, has a fixed priced band of ₹91 to ₹96 per equity share.
The IPO is a fresh issuance of 56.85 lakh shares. The Ratlam-based company said in a statement that the bidding for anchor investors will take place on Monday, July 15.
Half of the net issue is set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 35% for retail individual investors (RIIs), and 15% for the non-institutional investor segment.
The proceeds from the Kataria Industries IPO will be used for capital expenditures on plant and machinery, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
Interested investors can bid for at least 1,200 equity shares and in multiples after that.
The company's shares are likely to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) SME platform Emerge on July 24.
Established in 2004, Kataria Industries manufactures and supplies low relaxation pre-stressed concrete (LRPC) strands and steel wires, aluminium conductors, post-tensioning (PT) anchorage system (anchor cone, anchor head and wedges), couplers and HDPE single wall corrugated (SWC) sheathing ducts.
It has two manufacturing plants in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Kataria Industries' products are used in sectors including infrastructure, metros, roads, bridges and flyovers, high rise buildings, railways, LNG tanks, atomic reactors, power transmission and distribution lines.
The company's revenue stood at ₹339.1 crore, and EBIDTA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) at ₹22.9 crore for 2023-24.
Interactive Financial Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services is the issue registrar.
