Shares of SME firm EMA Partners made a strong debut on the NSE Emerge platform today, with its stock listing at a premium of 26% at ₹156.5 apiece against the issue price of ₹124 per share. The ₹220.5-crore mainboard IPO of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd closed today with a solid subscription. The issue was oversubscribed 221.5 times.

Primary markets witnessed the opening of two new initial public offerings (IPOs) today, both belonging to the SME (small and medium enterprises) group. Two IPOs also closed today for bidding after witnessing huge booking numbers.
The initial public offering of HM Electro Mech opened today amid huge investor interest. The BSE SME IPO was booked nearly 8 times on the first day. The retail portion of the IPO was booked nearly 14 times, while the non-institutional investors’ (NII) category was booked more than 4 times.
HM Electro Mech IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹27.74 crore. It is entirely a fresh issuance of 36.99 lakh shares. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹71 to ₹75 per share, while the minimum bid quantity to apply for the IPO is a single lot size of 1,600 shares.
Bidding for the IPO will close on January 28. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on January 29. HM Electro Mech shares are scheduled to be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 31.
Another SME issue of GB Logistics Commerce Ltd also opened on a strong note. At the end of bidding at 5 p.m. on Friday, the BSESME issue was booked nearly six times. The retail quota of the IPO was subscribed over six times, while the NIIs’ segment was subscribed more than three times. The QIBs booked their quota seven times.
The GB Logistics Commerce IPO is a book-built issue of ₹25.07 crore, comprising 24.58 lakh shares. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹95 to ₹102 per share. The lot size for an application is 1,200 shares.
Bidding for the issue will close on January 28, and the allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on January 29. The stock is scheduled to be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 31.
The ₹72.30-crore SME IPO of CLN Energy Ltd saw a rise in demand on the second day of bidding. The issue was booked nearly 3 times. The retail investors’ segment was overbought more than 3 times, while the NIIs’ category was nearly 3 times. The QIBs’ segment was also fully subscribed.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at ₹235 to ₹250 per share, while the lot size is 600. The bidding window will close on January 27. The stock is scheduled to be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 30.
The ₹220.5-crore mainboard IPO of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd closed today with a solid subscription.
The issue was oversubscribed 221.5 times. The retail investors’ segment booked more than 90 times, while the NIIs’ category was overbid a whopping 507 times. The QIBs quota was oversubscribed 237 times.
The price band for the IPO was fixed at ₹279 to ₹294 per unit, while the lot size was 50. The stock is scheduled to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE on January 29.
The ₹53.65-crore SME IPO of Rexpro Enterprises Ltd also closed today with a decent subscription. The NSE SME issue was overall subscribed 18.23 times. The retail quota was booked 27.11 times, while the NIIs segment was subscribed 8.32 times.
Shares in the Rexpro Enterprises IPO were offered at ₹145 apiece in a lot size of 1,000 units. The stock is scheduled to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform on January 29.
