Three mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) closed their subscription on Friday, August 1, while three SME ones remain active.

The three IPOs that closed for subscription were National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), M&B Engineering, and Sri Lotus Developers and Realty.

Meanwhile, one of the new SME IPOs, FlySBS Aviation, opened for booking on Friday.

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL)
The initial public offering of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) closed with a strong response, as the issue was subscribed 41 times on Friday.

Till 5 PM, the ₹4,011 crore initial share sale received bids for 144,037,908 shares against 35,127,002 shares on offer, as per exchange data.

  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 103.97x

  • Non-Institutional Investors: 34.98x

  • Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 7.73x

The initial public offering (IPO) of up to 6,708,000 equity shares has a price range of ₹205-216 per share. The price range has been fixed at ₹760 to ₹800 per share. The company's shares will hit the secondary market on August 6.

Sri Lotus Developers
The issue of Sri Lotus Developers ended with a total subscription of 69.14 times on Friday. It has seen investors’ interest from the first day of booking.

The ₹792 crore IPO received bids for over 2,741,869,400 shares against 39,658,730,000 shares.

  • Non-Institutional Investors: 57.71x

  • Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 20.28x

Sri Lotus Developers IPO, a book-built offer worth ₹792 crore, is a completely fresh issue of over 5.28 crore shares, amounting to ₹792 crore. Sri Lotus Developers IPO issue price was fixed at ₹140 to ₹150 per share. The minimum lot size for the issue is 100 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹15,000 per lot.

M&B Engineering
The ₹650-crore initial public offering of M&B Engineering was fully subscribed on the second day and closed with a total booking of 36.20 times on Friday. It had received 354,718,904 bids against 9,798,309 reserved shares.

  • Non-Institutional Investors: 38.24x

  • Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 32.55x

The IPO is a mix of a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹275 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹375 crore by promoters. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for purchasing equipment and machinery for the company's manufacturing facilities, payment of debt, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.

M&B Engineering is one of the country's leading Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Self-Supported Roofing providers in terms of installed capacity (103,800 MTPA related to PEB and 1,800,000 square meters per annum for Self-Supported Roofing).

SME IPOs

Cash Ur Drive Marketing: On the second day, the SME issue was booked 1.7 times until 5 PM on Friday. It received 5,699,000 bids against 3,354,000 reserved shares.
Renol Polychem: The IPO was subscribed 1.91 times until the second day of its bidding. It received 3,957,600 bids against 2,070,000 reserved shares.
FlySBS Aviation Limited: On its first day, the issue was fully subscribed with a total booking of 2.22 times till 5 PM. The total bids received were 10,115,400 as compared to 4,557,000 reserved shares. shares were subscribed
