A new initial public offering (IPO) of a small and medium enterprise (SME) opened on Wednesday, joining three other public issues that have been actively receiving bids currently. The allotment of shares was also finalised today in two SME IPOs that had closed for bidding on Tuesday.
Identixweb IPO opened today without creating much buzz. The BSE SME issue was overall booked only 14% on the first day of bidding.
The retail investors’ portion was booked 27%, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) segment was booked only 2%. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) did not submit any bid on Day 1.
The Identixweb IPO is a 100% book-built issue of ₹16.63 crore. It is made up entirely of a fresh issuance of 30.8 lakh shares. The company has fixed the price band of the issue at ₹51 to ₹54 per share. The lot size, or the minimum bid quantity to apply for the issue, has been set at 2,000 shares.
Bidding for the issue will close on March 28. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on April 1. Identixweb shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on April 3.
The ₹63.76-crore IPO of ATC Energies System Ltd sailed through on the second day. The NSE SME issue was fully booked, led by retail demand. The NIIs segment was booked nearly 50%, while the retail portion was subscribed around 1.6 times. The QIBs booked their quota 76%.
The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹112 to ₹118 per share, while the lot size is 1,200 shares.
Bidding in the issue will close on March 27. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on March 28. ATC Energies System shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform on April 2.
The ₹73.81-crore IPO of Shri Ahimsa Naturals Ltd is having a decent run on the second day of bidding. At the end of bidding at 5 pm on the second day, the IPO was booked more than 4 times. The retail portion was subscribed over 4 times, while the NIIs booked their quota more than 7 times. The QIBs segment was also fully booked.
The price band of the IPO has been fixed at ₹113 to ₹119 per share, while the minimum bid size for an application is 1,200 shares.
Bidding for the issue will close on March 27. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on March 28. Shri Ahimsa Naturals shares are scheduled to list on the NSE Emerge platform on April 2.
The ₹30.75-crore SME IPO of Desco Infratech Ltd closed for subscription today with a bang. The IPO was overall booked 84 times. The NIIs booked their quota 233.62 times, while the retail segment was booked more than 50 times. The QIBs category was booked nearly 29 times.
The IPO price band was fixed at ₹147 to ₹150 apiece, while the lot size was 1,000 units for retail investors.
The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on March 27. Desco Infratech shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on April 1.
The share allotment status in the ₹43.87-crore SME IPO of Rapid Fleet Management Services Ltd and ₹77.83-crore SME IPO of Active Infrastructures Ltd will be announced by the end of the day today.
Both issues were open for bidding from March 21 to March 25. While the Rapid Fleet IPO was subscribed 1.65 times, the Active Infrastructures IPO was booked just 1.05 times.
Bidders can check the allotment status online on the NSE portal or the official website of Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd, which was the registrar for both the issues.
Shares of both Rapid Fleet Management Services and Active Infrastructures are scheduled to list on the NSE Emerge platform on March 28.
