The ₹2,497.92-crore Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO was subscribed 52.68 times, as the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion was booked 80.64 times, the non-institutional investors part was subscribed 23.25 times, and the retail quota was subscribed 14.56 times.

The public offer was exclusively an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.88 crore shares without any fresh issue component.
