Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO: Inventurus Knowledge Solutions' ₹2,497.92 crore initial public offering will open for subscription on December 12. The issue, which will conclude on December 16, has set a price band of ₹1,265 to ₹1,329 per share.

An interested investor can bid for at least 11 equity shares, needing an investment of ₹14,619. The company has set aside 75% of the offer worth ₹1,866.96 crore for qualified institutional buyers, 15% worth ₹373.39 crore for non-institutional investors and 10% worth 248.94 crore for retail investors.
ICICI Securities, JM Financial, Jefferies India Pvt Ltd, Nomura Financial Advisory And Securities (India) Pvt Ltd, and JP Morgan India Pvt Ltd are the issue's book-running lead managers, while Link Intime India is the registrar.
Inventurus Knowledge Solutions is a technology-enabled healthcare solutions provider. It offers a care enablement platform assisting physician enterprises in the United States, Australia, and Canada. It is a partner for inpatient and outpatient care organisations, helping healthcare facilities deliver superior clinical care, improve population health outcomes, and transition to the "fee for value" model.
As of September 2024, the company has 778 healthcare organisations as its clients, including multi-speciality medical groups, health systems, academic medical centres, ancillary healthcare organisations and single-speciality medical groups, among others.
Its key clients include The GI Alliance Management, Mass General Brigham Inc., and Texas Health Care PLLC. Its global consolidated workforce includes more than 13,528 employees.
In the first half of the financial year 2024-25, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions posted a 103.3% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its revenue to ₹1,282.88 crore. Net profit rose 1.5% to ₹208.58 crore in H1 FY25.
