The initial public offer (IPO) of construction solutions provider got subscribed 93.46 times on during the three-day bidding period from August 19 to August 21.

The ₹600-crore public offer received bids for 43,87,96,464 equity shares against 46.91 lakh shares on offer.

The part for qualified institutional buyers or QIBs fetched 205.41 times subscription while the portion for non-institutional investors (NIIs) attracted 128.42 times subscription. The retail investors category got subscribed 19.11 times.

The IPO, with price range fixed at ₹850-₹900 per share, was a fresh issue of ₹200 crore and an offer for sale of up to 44,47,630 equity shares.
