Innovision IPO: The initial public offering of manpower and toll plaza management services provider Innovision opened for subscription on Tuesday, March 10. The issue will end on March 12. The price band has been fixed at ₹521 to ₹548 per share.

The ₹322.84 crore initial sale is a mix of new equity shares valued at ₹255 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹67.84 crore by promoters Lt Col Randeep Hundal and Uday Pal Singh.

The objectives of the fresh issue proceeds include the repayment of certain borrowings availed by the company, working capital needs and general corporate purposes.

Innovision IPO Day 1: Subscription status

The subscription details for the first day of bidding will be available after 10 am.

Innovision IPO: Lot size

A lot consists of 27 shares and multiples thereof. The company has reserved 65% of the net issue for retail investors, 34% for non-institutional investors and 1% for qualified institutional buyers.

Innovision IPO allotment and listing date

  • Subscription period: March 10 to March 12
  • Basis of allotment: March 13
  • Initiation of refunds: March 16
  • Demat account transfer: March 16
  • Listing on stock exchanges: March 17

The company specialises in offering manpower services, including manned private security and integrated facility management services, apart from manpower sourcing and payroll management.

The toll plaza management operations include fee collection and related services at toll plazas. The company also provides skill development training as a partner for the central and various state government initiatives.

As of January 15, 2026, Innovision has served more than 180 clients across various sectors, providing services at over 1,000 client locations.

Currently, Innovision operates at nine toll plazas located in Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Haryana.
