Over 100 initial public offerings (IPOs) made their stock market debut in 2025, with the most recent listings being Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality, KSH International, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, Park Medi World and Nephrocare Health Services. Bharat Coking Coal, the first mainboard IPO of 2026, will get listed on January 16.

The last five IPO listings showed mixed performance, with two companies trading above their IPO issue prices, while three were below.

ICICI Prudential AMC

Shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd had made a strong debut, listing at ₹2,600 per unit, a premium of 20.09% over the IPO issue price of ₹2,165, on the NSE on December 19. As of 12:50 pm on January 13, it is up 20.93% to ₹2,618.20 from the issue price.

The initial share sale, which was booked 39.17 times, was an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹10,602.65 crore by promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings.

ICICI Prudential AMC is the largest asset management company in India based on active mutual fund QAAUM (quarterly average assets under management), with 13.3% market share, as of September 2025.

Nephrocare Health Services

Dialysis services provider Nephrocare Health Services listed at ₹490 per unit, a premium of 6.52% from the IPO issue price of ₹460 per share on the NSE, on December 17. It is up 5.39% to ₹484.80 from the issue price.

The ₹871.05 crore IPO was a mix of new shares valued at ₹353.40 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹517.64 crore. The issue was subscribed 13.96 times.

Nephrocare Health Services, known for its brand NephroPlus, operates 519 clinics, including 51 clinics across Nepal, Uzbekistan and the Philippines, as of September 30, 2025.

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality stock made its debut at ₹120 apiece, a premium of 5.26% over the issue price of ₹114, on the NSE on December 30. The scrip is currently trading 8.55% lower at ₹104.25 from the issue price.

The ₹250.80 crore IPO was a fresh issuance of 2.20 crore shares. It was subscribed 5.21 times. Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality is a regional healthcare firm based in Gujarat.
