ICICI Prudential AMC IPO: The initial public offering of mutual fund ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd has been subscribed 3.53 times so far on the final day of bidding on Tuesday, December 16.

The issue was booked 3.57 times, with bids for 12,48,52,158 shares as against 3,50,15,691 shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 11:09 am.

The ₹10,602.65 crore IPO is exclusively an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.90 crore shares by promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings.

Since there is no fresh issue component, the company will not receive any proceeds from the public offer.

At present, ICICI Bank Ltd holds a 51% stake in the asset management company, while the remaining 49% is held by Prudential.

With a price band of ₹2,061 to ₹2,165 per share, a lot consists of six shares.

ICICI Prudential AMC is India's largest asset management company in terms of active mutual fund quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) with a market share of 13.3% as of September 2025, according to the CRISIL Report.
