iValue Infosolutions share price: Shares of technology services and solutions aggregator iValue Infosolutions listed at ₹284.95 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, September 25. This reflects a discount of 4.7% against the issue price of ₹299.

On the BSE, the stock started trading at ₹285 per unit, down 4.68% from the issue price.

A lot consisted of 50 shares. Investors who received the iValue Infosolutions IPO allotment saw their investment value drop to ₹14,247.5.

The initial share sale, which was solely an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.87 crore shares worth ₹560.29 crore, had set a price band of ₹284-₹299 per share.

Those selling shares under the OFS route are Venkatesh R, Srinivasan Sriram, Sunil Kumar Pillai, Sundara (Mauritius) Limited, Hilda Sunil Pillai, Subodh Anchan, Krishna Raj Sharma, Roy Abraham Yohannan, Brijesh Shrivastava, L Nagabushana Reddy, Ravindra Kumar Sankhla, Venkata Naga Swaroop Muvvala and Ran Vijay Pratap Singh.

Since the issue is exclusively an OFS, all funds will go directly to the selling shareholders rather than the firm.

The company, in its RHP, stated the IPO is intended to achieve the benefits of listing shares on the bourses and to facilitate the OFS for selling shareholders.

The IPO secured a total of 1.82 times subscription, with bids for 2,38,25,400 equity shares as against 1,31,17,272 shares on offer.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their part 3.18 times, as they submitted applications for 1,19,02,250 shares compared to 37,47,792 shares on offer.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) applied for 35,52,350 as against to 28,10,844 shares reserved, showing a 1.26 times subscription.

The Retail Individual Investors, or RIIs, quota was booked 1.28 times, as they placed 83,70,800 bids against 65,58,636 shares on offer.
