The initial public offering (IPO) launched by Hariom Atta Chakki (HOAC) has received a robust response from investors so far, with the issue being subscribed over 91 times as of 11:28 am on Friday – the second day of the subscription.

The SME IPO was launched with 11.55 lakh shares on offer, and has so far received bids amounting to 10.57 crore shares, as per the data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

In the qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category, bids for a total of 24,000 shares have been received, whereas the same stands at 1.74 crore shares in the non-institutional investors category.

The maximum bids have been received in the retail portion, with 8.41 crore shares being subscribed.

HOAC price band and lot size

The IPO is a fixed price issue to raise ₹5.54 crore, comprising an entirely fresh offer of 11.55 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹48 per share.

The minimum IPO lot size is 3,000 shares, as per the offer documents. The minimum investment amount mandated for retail investors is ₹1,44,000.
