Ganesh Green Bharat IPO closed with strong demand from investors on the final day of bidding, July 9. The NSE SME IPO was subscribed nearly 230 times, with bids for 101.24 crore shares against the 44.02 lakh shares offered for subscription.
The demand for Ganesh Green Bharat’s shares was led by the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs). The NIIs placed bids for over 43.75 crore shares compared to 9.29 lakh shares reserved for the category. The NSE SME issue was booked 470.79 times in the NIIs’ category.
Ganesh Green Bharat IPO was subscribed 176.87 times in the retail category. Retail investors placed bids for more than 38.35 crore shares, against 21.68 lakh shares reserved for the segment.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) applied for more than 19.13 crore shares compared to the 12.38 lakh shares reserved for the category. The issue was subscribed 154.5 times in the QIB category.
The share allotment status of Ganesh Green Bharat’s public issue is likely to be finalised on Wednesday, July 10. Once the allotment of shares is finalised, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders, and shares of Ganesh Green Bharat will be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on Thursday, July 11.
The tentative listing date for Ganesh Green Bharat’s shares is Friday, July 12. Shares of Ganesh Green Bharat will be listed on the NSE SME platform, Emerge.
Ganesh Green Bharat was incorporated in April 2016. The company is engaged in providing Electrical Contracting Services. Notable clients of the company include Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL). The company also sells Solar PV modules to private sector organisations.
