FlySBS Aviation IPO allotment: The basis of allotment of FlySBS Aviation, a non-scheduled airline operator, was finalised on Wednesday, August 6.

The initial public offering was subscribed 318.68 times, with bids for 96,59,79,000 shares compared to 30,31,200 shares on offer, according to Chittorgarh.

The part reserved for qualified institutional buyers was booked 191.93 times, while the non-institutional investors (without the market maker portion) quota was subscribed a whopping 563.64 times. Individual investors applied for 286.06 times the shares reserved for them.

The ₹102.53 crore initial share sale was entirely a fresh issuance of 45.57 lakh equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.

The money raised will be used to fund capital expenditure needs towards the acquisition of six pre-owned aircraft on a long-term dry lease basis, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.

It had set a price band of ₹210 to ₹225 per share. The minimum investment for an individual investor was two lots or 1,200 shares.

Capt. Deepak Parasuraman, Managing Director of FlySBS Aviation, said, "This IPO will support our efforts to expand the fleet and extend our operational network. The proposed addition of aircraft through long-term dry lease arrangements, along with improved financial flexibility, will enable us to meet the increasing demand for efficient and time-sensitive air travel. We are committed to building on this progress in a structured and sustainable manner."
