The ₹650 crore IPO was a fresh issue of 3.87 crore shares and an offer-for-sale of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters. The money generated will be used to meet working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, debt repayment, and infuse into the company's subsidiary.

Between the financial year 2021-22 (FY22) and FY24, it saw a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 48% in revenue and 46.5% in net profit. The global water and wastewater treatment market is likely to grow at a CAGR of more than 6% to reach $521 billion by 2033.
