Bajaj Housing Finance IPO share allotment has been finalised, and investors who have placed their bids can now check if they have been allotted shares on the official portal of the registrar, Kfin Technologies Ltd, and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The ₹6,560-crore Bajaj Housing Finance IPO, which had a price range of ₹66-₹70 per share, got 63.61 times subscription during the bidding period from September 9 to September 11. The initial share sale received bids for 46,28,35,82,522 shares against 72,75,75,756 shares on offer.

The Bajaj Group company had raised ₹1,758 crore from anchor investors before the IPO.

The IPO is a mix of fresh issue of shares of up to ₹3,560 crore and an offer-for-sale or OFS of ₹3,000 crore by parent Bajaj Finance. Proceeds from the public offer will be used to augment the capital base of the company to meet future capital requirements.
