Awfis Space Solutions IPO share allotment: The share allotment status of co-working space operator Awfis Space Solutions IPO (initial public offering) has been finalised. During the three-day subscription window from May 22 to May 27, the issue was subscribed more than 108 times.

The ₹598.93 crore book-built issue, which had set a price band of ₹364-₹383 per share, is a fresh issuance of shares worth ₹128 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 1.2 crore shares.
