Avience Biomedicals IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Tuesday, June 23. The bid-finalisation details will be available on the websites of the NSE and the registrar, Skyline Financial Services.

The initial public offering was subscribed 385.32 times during the three-day subscription period, according to Chittorgarh.

The initial share sale sought to raise ₹30.24 crore via fresh issuance of 14.53 lakh equity shares. There was no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The money generated will be used to part-finance capital expenditure needs for setting up a new manufacturing facility, working capital requirements and corporate general purposes.

The company, in its red herring prospectus, said that the listing will enhance its corporate image and visibility of its brand name. "We also believe that our company will receive the benefits from listing of equity shares on the Emerge Platform of NSE Limited (NSE EMERGE)," it said.

It had fixed a price band of ₹196 to ₹208 per share, and a lot consisted of 600 shares. The least investment for an individual investor was 1,200 shares.

Avience Biomedicals, established in 2019, is a medical consumables and diagnostics firm engaged in the manufacturing of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, reagents, analysers, rapid test kits, culture media and other medical devices. It is also into trading and distribution of diagnostic equipment.
