Augmont Enterprises' initial public offering (IPO) continues to see a strong response on the second day of subscription with a total booking of 7.62 times so far on Monday, August 24.

Until 11:50 AM, the initial share sale of the company has received bids for 5,87,91,909 shares as compared to 77,15,999 shares on offer, as per exchange data.

The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 16.14 times, while the retail individual investor (RII) segment saw a 7.33 times subscription. However, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was booked 1.81 times.

The company allotted 31.25 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at ₹788 per share, the upper end of the IPO price band.

Ahead of the IPO, the company had raised ₹246.3 crore from anchor investors, including Nomura, HDFC Mutual Fund and Nippon India Mutual Fund.

Apart from Nomura, HDFC Mutual Fund (MF), Nippon India MF, other anchor investors included Tata MF, Jupiter India Fund, Trust MF, Jupiter Global Fund and Edelweiss Life Insurance Company.

Additionally, Authum Investment and Infrastructure, Ashish Kacholia's Bengal Finance and Investment, 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management, Alternates Asset Management and Societe Generale also participated in the anchor round.

The integrated gold and silver platform got fully subscribed on the first day of its subscription.

Augmont Enterprises IPO details

Augmont Enterprises IPO aims to raise ₹825 crore through its public issue. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue and offer for sale of over 1 crore shares.

The company has fixed the price band of the issue between ₹750 and ₹788 per share. The lot size, or the minimum bid quantity to apply for the issue, is 19 shares. This equates to a minimum investment amount of ₹14,972 per lot at the upper end of the price band for retail investors.

Augmont Enterprises IPO objective

The money raised from the IPO will be used towards the following objectives:

Working capital requirements: The company will use ₹465 crore for funding the working capital requirements of the company.
General corporate purposes: Part of the IPO proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and issue expenses.

Augmont Enterprises IPO: Important dates

Augmont Enterprises IPO will remain open for bidding from 21 to 25 August. After the bidding is closed, the allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on August 27.

Successful bidders can expect the shares to be credited to their demat accounts by August 28, with others receiving refunds on the same day. Augmont Enterprises shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 31.

Augmont Enterprises operates across several parts of the gold and silver value chain, including procurement, refining, bullion trading, digital gold, jewellery manufacturing, international sales and technology support for gold-backed financial services.

The firm operates through two key business verticals: online platforms and a physical distribution network. The first vertical focuses on enterprise sales through the “Augmont SPOT” platform and international sales. The second vertical focuses on consumers through the “Augmont Gold For All” platform and offline channels.

The platform provides real-time price discovery and competitive market-linked rates. As of March 31, 2026, customers could receive deliveries through 20 spot delivery centres spread across 13 states in India. The company directly operates 9 of these centres, while franchisees operate the remaining 11.

As of March 31, 2026, the Augmont SPOT platform had more than 5,223 registered members, including jewellers, bullion dealers and manufacturers. The company manufactures and sells gold jewellery articles, mainly chains, to jewellery traders based on customer orders.
