Apex Ecotech IPO received bids for more than 105.62 crore shares compared to 23.1 lakh shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 457.15 times across all investor categories.

Apex Ecotech’s retail quota was booked 329.64 times as retail investors placed bids for 38 crore shares compared to 11.55 lakh shares set aside for the category. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) applied for 58.53 crore shares compared to the 4.96 lakh shares on offer, leading to a subscription of 1,180 times in the category. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed to the issue 139.69 times by applying for 9 crore shares against 6.59 lakh shares set aside for the category.

The subscription window for the public issue was open from November 27 to November 29.

Refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders, and successful bidders will also receive shares of Apex Ecotech in their demat accounts on Tuesday, December 3. Shares of Apex Ecotech will be listed on the NSE SME platform Emerge. The tentative IPO listing date has been fixed as December 4.

The investors are now waiting for the company to finalise the IPO share allotment status.
