Shares of Annu Projects Ltd, an engineering procurement and construction (EPC) player, debuted at ₹72 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, September 2. This reflects a discount of 27.27% to the IPO issue price of ₹99 per share.

On the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange), the stock is listed at ₹75 per share, down 24.24% from the issue price.

Annu Projects share price: Here's how much investors lost per lot

A lot consisted of 151 shares and cost ₹14,949. Investors who received the Annu Projects IPO allotment lost ₹4,077 per lot, taking the value of their investment to ₹10,872, as per the listing price on the NSE.

The ₹175.06 crore IPO consisted only of a fresh issuance of 1,76,83,000 shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

Money raised to the tune of ₹115 crore will be utilised for working capital requirements, ₹15 crore for capital expenditure needs to buy machinery and equipment and the remaining for general corporate purposes.

"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges and enhancement of our company’s brand name amongst our existing and potential customers and creation of a public market for our equity shares in India," the company said in its red herring prospectus.

The initial public offering was subscribed 2.93 times, as it got bids for 5,18,44,491 equity shares versus 1,76,83,000 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The quota for non-institutional investors (NIIs) attracted 3.55 times subscription, while the retail investors part was booked 2.68 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 1.72 times.

The company posted revenue from operations of ₹241.24 crore and a profit after tax of ₹33.02 crore in the financial year 2025-26. In FY25, the company reported revenue of ₹180.06 crore and a net profit of ₹21.10 crore.

Established in 2003, Annu Projects Ltd is involved in designing, developing, implementing, operating, and maintaining essential overhead and underground utilities infrastructure across gas pipeline, telecom, sewerage, and railway signalling verticals.
