The initial public offering of engineering, procurement and construction player Annu Projects got fully subscribed on the final day of bidding and closed with a total booking of 2.93x on the fourth day of bidding on Friday, August 28.

Until 5 PM, the initial share sale of the company has received bids for 5,18,44,491 shares as compared to 1,76,83,000 shares on offer, as per exchange data.

The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 3.55 times, while the retail individual investor (RII) segment saw a 2.68 times subscription. However, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was booked 1.72 times.

The ₹175.06 crore public issue will comprise entirely of a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The IPO has a price band of ₹94 to ₹99 per share.

The net proceeds will be used for capital expenditure needs for the purchase of machinery or equipment, working capital requirements and corporate general purposes.

The lot size for the Annu Projects IPO has been fixed at 151 shares, with retail investors allowed to bid in multiples of 151 shares. The company has reserved 10% of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 40% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 50% for retail investors.

Mefcom Capital Markets is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.

Established in 2003, Annu Projects Ltd designs, develops, implements, operates, and maintains essential overhead and underground utilities infrastructure across the telecom, gas pipeline, sewerage, and railway signalling verticals.

The company reported revenue from operations of ₹241.24 crore and a net profit of ₹33.02 crore in FY26. In FY25, the company posted revenue of ₹180.06 crore and a profit after tax of ₹21.10 crore.
