The action will continue in the primary market next week, as at least seven initial public offerings will open for subscription. Listings scheduled for next week include Augmont Enterprises, Hy-Tech Engineers, Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Annu Projects, ESDS Software Solution, ABH Healthcare, Madhur Knit, Sumax Engineering, Kwick Forensic Solutions, Lumino Industries, Priority Jewels, Paluck Technologies and Complete Sports and Management.

Pernia's Pop-Up Shop is a multi-brand luxury omni-channel fashion platform, offering luxury fashion products across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories and jewellery, with a focus on wedding and occasion wear. It offers over 2 lakh products from more than 1,300 designers via its digital platform and 14 experience centres.
Deepa Jewellers IPO, which has set a price band of ₹168 to ₹177 per share, will be live from September 1 to September 3.
The IPO comprises new equity shares worth ₹250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of more than 1.18 crore equity shares totalling ₹209.72 crore by promoters Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal.
Proceeds from its fresh issuance will be used for funding long-term working capital needs towards procurement, maintenance and scaling up of inventory, and general corporate purposes.
Retail investors can bid for at least 84 shares and in multiples thereof.
Incorporated in 2016, Deepa Jewellers is an organised B2B designer, processor and supplier of hallmarked gold jewellery.
Mom's Belief brand operator Rays of Belief Ltd has fixed a price band of ₹227 to ₹239 per share for IPO, which is open from September 1 to September 3.
The IPO is exclusively a fresh issue of up to 52.30 lakh equity shares aggregating to ₹125 crore.
The issue proceeds will be utilised to fund the company's expansion plans, including establishing 319 new centres between the financial year 2026-27 and fiscal 2029. The money will also be used for capital expenditure, including therapy-material inventory, centre fit-outs, and technology hardware.
A lot includes 62 shares.
Rays of Belief is a for-profit social enterprise offering personalised intervention plans for kids with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), including ADHD, Down Syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, intellectual disability and global developmental delays.
