Anlon Healthcare share price: Shares of active pharmaceutical ingredient maker Anlon Healthcare listed at ₹92 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, September 3. This reflects a premium of 1.1% over the issue price of ₹91 per share.

On the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange), the stock debuted at par with the issue price of ₹91.

A lot consisted of 164 shares. Investors who received Anlon Healthcare IPO allotment made ₹15,088 per lot.

The initial public offering had sought to raise ₹121.03 crore by purely a fresh issuance of up to 1.33 crore shares without an offer for sale (OFS) component. The price band was fixed at ₹86-₹91 per share.

The objectives of the issue include capital expenditure requirements for proposed expansion, debt clearance, general corporate purposes and working capital requirements.

The initial share sale mobilised bids for 9,47,62,808 shares compared to 1,33,00,000 shares on offer, leading to a 7.13 times subscription, according to the NSE data.

The part set aside for retail individual investors (RIIs) fetched 47.30 times subscription, as they applied for 6,29,12,368 shares as against 13,30,000 shares on offer.

The category for non-institutional investors, or NIIs, was booked 10.61 times, with bids for 2,11,61,412 shares compared to 19,95,000 shares reserved.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIBs) portion saw 1.07 times subscription, with applications for 1,06,89,028 shares as against 99,75,000 shares on offer.

The company makes high-purity pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients, or APIs, used in formulations for nutraceuticals, personal care, medicines, and animal health products.

Anlon Healthcare posted an 80.65% increase in its revenue from operations to ₹120.28 crore in the financial year 2024-25 as compared to ₹66.58 crore in the previous fiscal year. Net profit surged 112.53% to ₹20.51 crore in FY25 as against ₹9.65 crore a year back.

Interactive Financial Services Ltd was the book-running lead manager to the offer. KFin Technologies was the registrar.
