Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the IPO's book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime India) is the registrar.

Amanta Healthcare is a drugmaker involved in developing, manufacturing and marketing several sterile liquid products – parenteral products packed in plastic containers with Injection Stretch Blow Moulding technology and Aseptic Blow-Fill-Seal. It makes large-volume parenterals and small-volume parenterals in six therapeutic segments.

It also manufactures medical devices, IV fluid, formulations, ophthalmic, diluents, respiratory care and irrigation solutions in the therapeutic segment and products like irrigation, first-aid solution and eye lubricants.

It markets products via three strategic business units: National sales, international sales and product partnering with foreign and Indian pharmaceutical firms.

"We manufacture a diverse generics product portfolio of over 45 products and market them under our own brands in the Indian market through a network of over 320 distributors and stockists," the company said in its red herring prospectus.
