All Time Plastics IPO allotment: The basis of allotment of consumerware products maker All Time Plastics Ltd was finalised on Tuesday after the successful bidding period.

The initial public offer secured bids for 8,79,91,542 shares compared to 1,05,46,297 shares on offer, translating to 8.34 times subscription, according to the NSE data.

The part set aside for non-institutional investors fetched a 13.47 times subscription, while the category for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 10.15 times. The quota for retail individual investors was subscribed 5.14 times.

The ₹400.60 crore IPO, with a price band of ₹260-₹275 per share, was a mix of a fresh issue valued at ₹280 crore and an offer-for-sale of more than 43.8 lakh shares worth ₹120.6 crore.

The capital raised is intended for acquiring machinery, debt repayment, corporate general purposes and other expansion efforts.

All Time Plastics has around 14 years of experience in the production of plastic consumerware products for daily household needs.

DAM Capital Advisors and Intensive Fiscal Services are the issue's book-running lead managers, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
