Adcounty Media IPO allotment: Here's how to check status online on BSE, Skyline Financial Services

Adcounty Media IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, July 2, with the bid finalisation details being available on the websites of the registrar Skyline Financial Services and BSE.

The BSE SME issue was subscribed 251.7 times during the three-day subscription window, with bids for 1,07,64,83,200 shares as against 42,76,800 shares on offer, according to the BSE data.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led the bidding by subscribing their portion 397.93 times, followed by retail investors at 229.37 times and qualified institutional buyers at 137.33 times.

The ₹50.69 crore Adcounty Media India IPO was a fresh offering of 59.63 lakh equity shares with no offer for sale component.

The funds raised will be used to meet capital expenditure requirements, working capital needs and for unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The price band was set at ₹80 to ₹85 per unit, and a lot consisted of 1,600 shares. The minimum investment requirement was ₹1,36,000.

Narnolia Financial Services is the issue's book-running lead manager, while Prabhat Financial Services is the market maker.
