ACME Solar Holdings aims to use the net proceeds from its fresh issue to repay borrowings. It will also be used for general corporate purposes.
The company's promoters are Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, Mamta Upadhyay, ACME Cleantech Solutions Pvt Ltd, MKU Holdings Pvt Ltd, and Upadhyay Family Trust.

The book-running lead managers for the initial share sale are Nuvama Wealth Management, JM Financial, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors.

ACME Solar Holdings IPO Listing LIVE: Shares of renewable energy company ACME Solar Holdings Ltd will make their stock market debut on Wednesday, November 13. The stock will be listed on NSE and BSE at 10 am.
The ₹2,900 crore initial share share, with a price band of ₹275 to ₹289 per share, had got bids for 16 crore shares against 5,82,03,223 shares on offer, translating to a total subscription of 2.75 times.
