Zydus Wellness on Tuesday, announcing its financial results for the third quarter of the current fiscal year (Q3 FY25), posted a standalone net profit of ₹117 crore, up 13.59% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹103 crore reported in the year-ago period. Its total revenue from operations jumped 38.56% to ₹884 crore from ₹638 crore in Q3 FY24.

Its total income for the reporting quarter stood at ₹915 crore, increasing from ₹684 crore in the year-ago quarter.

On a consolidated basis, the company’s total revenue from operations climbed 14.5% to ₹4,619 crore as compared to ₹4,032 crore in the previous fiscal. Its consolidated net profit stood at ₹64 crore for the December quarter, up from ₹3 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company also closed the trading window for its shares until February 6.

“The Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed until Thursday, February 6, 2025 and shall re-open for trading for all Directors and Designated Persons on and from Friday, February 7, 2025,” a company filing stated.

Shares of Zydus Wellness Limited closed 4.15% down at ₹1,782 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday, February 4. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹11,339.25 crore. The stock is over 28% below the 52-week high of ₹2,484 it hit in July 2024. However, it is nearly 24% up from its 52-week low, which it reached in March last year.
