Waaree Energies Q1 results: Shares of solar module manufacturer Waaree Energies Ltd declined on Monday, July 28, as the company is set to announce its latest set of numbers for the first quarter of this fiscal year (Q1FY26).

Waaree Energies, which debuted on the stock market in October 2024, is a leading renewable energy company. It offers solar solutions, including panel manufacturing, EPC services, rooftop systems, and project development.

In an exchange filing, the company said that its board will meet on July 28 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The Mumbai-headquartered company will post its earnings call on July 30 at 4:30 pm to discuss the latest first-quarter earnings.

"A conference call for analysts/institutional investors will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 04:30 p.m. (IST) in respect of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025," the firm said.

Shares of Waaree Energies settled 3.15% lower at ₹3,097.4 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Its market capitalisation stands at ₹88,983.10 crore.

Waaree Energies: Recent order wins

On July 19, Waaree Energies' wholly-owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas secured an order from a US-based client for the supply of 500 MW solar modules. The client is a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar as well as energy storage projects across the United States.

On June 27, it received an order from a US-based entity to supply 270 MW solar modules in 2025 and 270 MW solar modules in 2027-28.

Before that, on July 11, the firm said, "Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received an order on June 11, 2025 for supply of 599 MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States."

How did Waaree Energies perform in Q4 FY25?

Waaree Energies posted a 34.1% increase in its consolidated profit after tax attributable to owners of the company at ₹618.91 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25. In the year-ago period, the net profit stood at ₹461.52 crore.

Its revenue from operations climbed 36.38% to ₹4,003.93 crore in Q1 FY26, as against ₹2,935.84 crore a year back.
