Tata Communications Q4 results: Net profit falls 75% YoY ₹263 crore; ₹17.5/share dividend declared

Tata Communications Q4 results: Tata Communications reported its earnings for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26) on Wednesday, April 22.

The telco posted a 74.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit, attributable to equity holders of the parent, to ₹263.25 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹1,040.34 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4 FY25).

On a sequential basis, its profit dropped 27.93% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹365.28 crore in the December quarter of FY26.

Its revenue from operations jumped 9.41% YoY to ₹6,554.15 crore in the March FY26 quarter, in comparison to ₹5,990.35 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations rose 5.9% QoQ from ₹6,188.97 in the quarter-ago period.

Segment-wise revenue

Tata Communications’ revenue from its voice solutions segment stood at ₹387.56 crore for the reporting quarter, reflecting a 3.59% YoY increase from ₹374.12 crore in Q4 FY25.
Its revenue from the data services division rose 11.38% YoY to ₹5,704.61 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2026, as against ₹5,121.55 crore in the year-ago period.
The company recorded a revenue of ₹235.31 crore from the campaign registry segment, up 30.16% YoY from ₹180.79 crore.
Its revenue from real estate climbed 10.1% YoY to ₹51.45 crore, from ₹46.73 crore.
However, its transformation services revenue fell 29.1% YoY to ₹225.72 crore, compared to ₹318.37 crore in the March quarter of FY25.

Final dividend

The board of directors of Tata Communications also recommended a final dividend of ₹17.50 per equity share, at a rate of 175%, with a face value of ₹10 each for FY26. Read more.

"The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid to eligible shareholders thereafter," it said.

Shares of Tata Communications closed 0.77% higher at ₹1,525 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, ahead of the earnings announcement.

Tata Communications has a total market capitalisation of ₹43,519.50 crore as of April 22, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
