SUMMARY
Q4 results: Public sector bank Indian Overseas Bank, automotive manufacturer Force Motors, NBFC IIFL Finance, pharmaceutical products manufacturer Syngene International, pharma player Granules India, and media corporation New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV), among others, will also release their fourth-quarter earnings on April 29.

Q4 results: A fresh set of companies will declare their earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Wednesday, April 29. The list includes non-banking financial company Bajaj Finance, thermal power producer Adani Power, mining major Vedanta, public sector lender Indian Bank, solar modules manufacturer Waaree Energies, private sector bank Federal Bank, motion technology company Schaeffler India, technology services company Mphasis and financial services firm Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

On Tuesday, Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, posted a 346.15% increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹174 crore in the latest March quarter. The firm had recorded a post-tax profit of ₹39 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Its consolidated revenue from operations climbed 196.45% to ₹17,292 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹5,833 crore in the same period a year ago, Eternal said in a regulatory filing.
