Q4 Results: At least three companies will release their latest set of numbers for the latest fourth quarter on Friday, April 10. They include hotel brand Eco Hotels and Resorts, corporate farming company Agri-Tech (India) and Mumbai-based film production and distribution player Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd (formerly Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd).

In an exchange filing, Vashu Bhagnani Industries said that its board will meet on April 10 to "consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) along with Audit Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026."

The company's board will also consider and approve the proposal for the listing of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) without a public offering or further issuance of shares. It will also look to appoint any institution, intermediary, organisation, professional and person as may be needed for the purpose of facilitating the listing of the shares on NSE.

On Thursday, IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services recorded a 12.22% surge in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹13,718 crore in the March quarter of FY26, as against ₹12,224 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Quarter-on-quarter, post-tax profit rose 28.72%.

The company's consolidated revenue from operations advanced 9.64% to ₹70,698 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹64,479 crore a year back. Sequentially, it climbed 5.38%.

Tata Consultancy Services' Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹31 per share with a face value of ₹1 each of the company, which shall be paid on the third day from the end of the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to approval of the company's shareholders.

K Krithivasan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TCS, said that the third consecutive quarter of sequential growth was supported by three mega deals and a $12 billion TCV, underlining the strength of its five-pillar strategy and AI-led positioning across services.
