The board of directors of BSE Ltd has proposed a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value ₹2 for FY26, subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting.

The record date to determine eligible shareholders has been fixed as July 10, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before September 17, 2026, subject to applicable tax deductions at source.

BSE Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹797 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26 (Q4 FY26), marking a growth of 61% from ₹494 crore during the same period last year.

Its revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, increased 84.5% to ₹1,564 crore as against ₹847 crore in the year-ago period.

The Board of Directors of Dabur India Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share of face value ₹1 (550%) for FY26, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
