Q4 Results Live Updates: Oil India Limited on Wednesday reported a 75.69% QoQ jump in consolidated fourth quarter profit, helped by higher crude oil production and improved price realisation.

The explorer posted consolidated profit after tax of ₹2,099.61 crore for Q4 FY26, compared with ₹1,195.08 crore in the quarter-ago period, the company said in a statement.
