Bajaj Auto’s board of directors has recommended a dividend at the rate of ₹210 per share (2100%) of a face value of ₹10 each on equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited on or around August 8, 2025, the company said.

It had reported a net profit of ₹48.16 crore in Q4 FY24, HeidelbergCement India said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

Its revenue from operations was 2.66% to ₹612.46 crore in the March quarter. It was at ₹596.55 crore a year ago.
