Honda India on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of ₹19.09 crore for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25), down 33% as compared to ₹28.32 crore in the year-ago fiscal.

The company posted a revenue of ₹204.18 crore for the quarter under review, down 22.5%, while its EBITDA was down 37% at ₹20.8 crore.

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals on Monday, announcing its financial results for the third quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25), posted a 13% jump in its net profit to ₹133.85 crore as compared to ₹117.99 crore in the year-ago period. Its revenue jumped 40.2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,814.07 crore in the reporting quarter.

Insecticides India on Monday posted a 41.7% jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹17.36 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to ₹12.25 crore reported in the previous fiscal year.

The company's revenue for the quarter stood at ₹357 crore, while its EBITDA jumped 19% to ₹30.89 crore.

The scrip of Royal Enfield maker Eicher Motors Limited closed 0.83% down at ₹5,327.80 on the NSE on February 10. The company announced its Q3 FY25 earnings post-market hours.

Its market capitalisation stood at ₹1,46,052.29 crore on Monday.

The automobile company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) declined to ₹93.56 crore in Q3 FY25, down 17% from ₹113.20 crore in the year-ago quarter. The EBITDA margin for the quarter under review stood at 20.8%.

Eicher Motors on Monday posted a net profit of ₹1,170.50 crore for the quarter that ended December 31, 2024 (Q3 FY25), up 18% year-on-year (YoY) as compared to ₹995.97 crore in the previous fiscal year.

The Royal Enfield maker's revenue from operations increased by 19% to ₹4,973.12 crore in the reporting quarter as compared to ₹4,178.84 crore in Q3 FY24.

Neuland Labs on Monday posted a 25% jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹101.59 crore for the December quarter (Q3 FY25) as compared to ₹81.39 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's revenue increased by 1.3% to ₹398.03 crore in Q3 FY25 as against ₹392.83 crore in Q3 FY24.

Escorts Kubota reported a 9% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its standalone net profit to ₹323.20 crore on Monday, announcing its Q3 FY25 earnings. The company posted a net profit of ₹297.88 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹2,935.43 crore, up 8.5% against ₹2,706.35 crore posted in Q3 FY24. The company's EBITDA increased by 4% YoY to ₹335.29 crore during the reporting quarter.

Nykaa's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew by 41.3% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹140 crore. The EBITDA margin increased by 63 basis points (bps) to 6.2%.

Additionally, the company's basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹0.09 as compared to ₹0.06 in the year-ago quarter.

The shares of Nykaa (FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited) on Monday ended 1.69% down at ₹170.52 apiece on the NSE. The company declared its Q3 FY25 results post-market hours. The stock is at 25.7% below its 52-week high of ₹229.80 per share hit in August 2024.

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, the parent company of the lifestyle platform Nykaa, posted a 61.4% jump in its net profit to ₹26.12 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25). The company's net profit stood at ₹16.18 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its revenue from operations for the reporting quarter stood at ₹2,267.21 crore, up 26.7% from ₹1,788.80 crore posted in the previous financial year.

Indigo Paints, announcing its Q3 FY25 results, posted a 3.4% decline in its net profit to ₹36 crore as compared to ₹37.3 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The paint major's revenue decreased to ₹343 crore, down 3.2% from ₹354 crore in the previous fiscal.

Health and hygiene products company Eureka Forbes on Monday posted a net profit of ₹35.03 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25), up 52.5% from ₹22.97 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's revenue from operation jumped 10.8% to ₹597.74 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹539.43 crore in Q3 FY24. Its expenses increased by 8.4% to ₹554.86 crore.

Gillette India's Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of ₹65 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each.

The record date has been set as February 19, 2025 and the payment will be made on or before March 7, 2025.

Gillette India Ltd on Monday reported a net profit of ₹125.97 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3 FY25), up 21% against ₹103.95 crore posted in the year-ago quarter.

The company's revenue from operations increased by 7% to ₹685.55 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹639.46 in the previous fiscal year.

The beverages company also declared a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share of a nominal value of ₹2 each for the year ended December 31, 2024. The record date is yet to be fixed by the company's Board.

The dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.

Varun Beverages on Monday posted a 40.2% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹185.14 crore for the quarter ended on December 31, 2024 (Q4 CY24) as against ₹131.97 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue from operations of the PepsiCo-owned company grew by 39.78% to ₹3,817.61 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹2,730.98 crore in the previous fiscal.

Shares of analytical firm CRISIL Ltd are trading at ₹5,171.2 per unit, reflecting a decline of 1.08% on the NSE, ahead of earnings.
