At least 11 companies will report their financials for the July-September quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27 on Friday, October 9. These include non-banking financial company Poonawalla Fincorp, wealth management firm Anand Rathi Wealth, life insurer Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company and home loan solutions provider Can Fin Homes.

On Thursday, Tata Consultancy Services recorded a 14.98% increase in its consolidated post-tax profit to ₹13,884 crore in Q2 FY27 as against ₹12,075 crore a year back. Sequentially, profit after tax rose 4.01%.

The consolidated revenue from operations jumped 11.23% to ₹73,118 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹65,799 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Sequentially, it jumped 1.26%.

K Krithivasan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, said, "We are pleased with the broad-based growth in all our international markets and most industry segments. This quarter we announced two unique deals with Porsche and Best Buy which represent a new category of transformation partnerships. Together with our clients, we are building repeatable value platforms that will industrialise AI at scale."

On October 10, companies like DMart operator Avenue Supermarts, artificial leather maker Premier Plyfilm, garment manufacturer Karnika Industries and vocational and skill development training provider LCC Infotech will also post their Q2 results.
