August 12, Tuesday, will see recently listed firms such as securities depository National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), automotive parts manufacturer Belrise Industries, and stainless steel pipes maker Scoda Tubes post their earnings for the quarter ended June 2025.

The initial public offering (IPO) of NSDL made its stock market debut on August 6, while shares of Belrise Industries and Scoda Tubes were listed on May 28 and June 4, respectively.

Here's how these stocks are performing in relation to their issue price, financials, and other details.

NSDL share price

Shares of NSDL made a market debut at ₹880 apiece on the BSE, which reflects a 10% premium over the issue price of ₹800.

The stock closed 1.8% lower at ₹1,276.95 per unit on Monday, August 11, which is 59.61% higher than the issue price.

In the financial year 2024-25, the company recorded a 24.57% uptick in its profit after tax to ₹343.12 crore. In the year-ago period, PAT stood at ₹275.44 crore.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹1,420.14 crore in FY25, a jump of 11.97% from ₹1,268.24 crore in FY24.

The issue was booked 41.01 times, with bids for a whopping 1,44,03,92,004 shares as against 3,51,27,002 shares on offer.

The ₹4,010.95 crore IPO was only an offer for sale of 5 crore shares by the NSE, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank, SBI, and Administrator of Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI).

Belrise Industries share price

Shares of automotive components manufacturer Belrise Industries were listed at ₹100 a share, a premium of 11.11% over the issue price of 90 per unit.

The stock settled at ₹133.9 a piece on August 11, which is 48.77% higher from the issue price.

The company had posted a 574.49% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹110.01 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25 as against ₹16.31 crore in the same period of the previous year.

Its revenue from operations rose 49% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,274.34 crore.

The ₹2,150 crore IPO was a fresh issuance of 23.89 crore equity shares without an offer-for-sale component.

The initial public offer was subscribed 41.30 times, with bids for 7,31,30,36,542 shares compared to 17,70,58,824 shares on offer.

Scoda Tubes share price

The scrip ended 0.35% higher at ₹187.9 on Monday, which is a gain of 34.21% from the issue price.

The company's net profit stood at ₹6.82 crore in Q4 FY25, up 131.97% from ₹2.94 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. However, its revenue from operations declined 1.13% YoY to ₹123.71 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.

The ₹220 crore IPO, which was solely a fresh issue of 1.57 crore shares, got subscribed 53.78 times.
