The surge in its net profit came on the back of a 16.65% year-on-year jump in the company’s revenue from operations, which was ₹2,826.96 crore in the third quarter of FY25. The revenue stood at ₹2,423.52 crore in the December quarter of the 2023-24 financial year (Q3 FY24).
The Navratna PSU’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) stood at ₹142 crore in Q3 FY25, jumping 22% from ₹116.8 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin was at 5% in comparison to 4.8% in Q3 FY24.
NBCC’s board of directors also declared an interim dividend of ₹0.53 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each (at a rate of 53%).
The company set the record date as Tuesday, February 18 as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of the dividend.

The share fell 9.93% over the past five days and gained 8.46% in the last month. The scrip was down 29.36% in the past six months and 7.90% on a year-to-date basis.
