MRF Q2 Results: Consolidated PAT grows 11.6% YoY to ₹526 crore; interim dividend of ₹3/share declared

MRF Q2 earnings: MRF Ltd, the tyre major, on Friday, November 14, announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26). Besides, the company also announced that its board has declared an interim dividend of ₹3/equity share [30%] of ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

The company said it has fixed Friday, November 21, 2025, as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after December 5, 2025.

MRF Q2 numbers

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹525.64 crore for the quarter under review, up 11.67% against ₹470.70 crore logged in the year-ago period. Its revenue from operations came in at ₹7,378.72 crore, up 7.23% from ₹6,881.09 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Total income, on a consolidated basis, increased by 7% to ₹7,486.82 crore. The figure was ₹6,994.30 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Earnings per share (EPS), both basic and diluted, stood at ₹1,239.38. It was 1,109.85 a year ago.

Total expenses in the quarter under review stood at ₹6,788.16 crore, up 6.67% versus ₹6,363.12 crore seen in the same period a year ago, the company said.

On the operational front, EBITDA, or operating profit, rose 11.3% YoY to ₹1,126 crore, while margin expanded to 15.3% versus 14.7% in the year-ago period.

EBITDA stands for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation.

On a standalone basis, MRF posted a net profit of ₹511.59 crore, up 12.3% against ₹455.43 crore seen in the September 2024 quarter.

The results were announced during the afternoon session. Following the earnings, the stock was trading at ₹1,57,735 on the NSE, down 0.37%.
