L&T Q3 Results: Larsen & Toubro (L&T), an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services major, will announce its earnings for the three-month period ended December 2025 on Wednesday, January 28.

In an exchange filing, the company said, "We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th January 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December 2025."

L&T Q3 Results: Date and time

L&T will post the third quarter FY26 results on January 28, 2026. The multinational conglomerate has not announced the timing to release its results. In the last two quarters, earnings were announced after market hours.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro settled 0.5% lower at ₹3,868 apiece on the NSE on Wednesday, January 14. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹5,32,074.68 crore.

How did L&T perform in Q2 FY26?

The consolidated net profit of L&T rose 16% to ₹3,926 crore in Q2 FY26 as against ₹3,395 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its consolidated revenue from operations advanced 10% to ₹67,984 crore in the September quarter of the financial year 2025-26, compared to ₹61,555 crore in the year-ago period.

L&T recent developments

On January 14, the heavy civil infrastructure business vertical of L&T secured an order in the range of ₹2,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore from Torrent Energy Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd for the construction of India’s biggest pumped storage project – the 3000 MW Saidongar-1 Pumped Storage Project (PSP) in Raigad, Maharashtra.

On January 13, the company's transportation infrastructure wing secured an order up to ₹2,500 crore for an arterial cable-stayed bridge over the Muri Ganga River in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas district.
