L&T Q1 FY27 results schedule out: Check date, time, share price trend, and other details

L&T Q1 FY27 Results: Engineering procurement and construction (EPC) giant Larsen & Toubro Ltd will announce its latest set of earnings data for the April-June quarter of the financial year 2026-27 on July 28.

In an exchange filing, L&T said, "A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28th July 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026."

L&T Q1 results date and time

L&T will declare its results for the quarter ended June 2026 on Tuesday, July 28. The conglomerate has not revealed the time to release its earnings. However, in Q4 FY26, results were released post-market hours.

L&T share price

Shares of L&T were trading 2.03% lower at ₹3,848.70 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday, July 14, at 2:27 pm. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹5,29,504.40 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹4,440 per share on February 24, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹3,288.10 per share was recorded on March 23, 2026.

In the past week, the stock fell 3.56% and 4.92% in a month. Year-to-date, it declined 7.02%.

How did L&T perform in Q4 FY26?

The consolidated revenue from operations of L&T rose 11.3% to ₹82,762 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹74,392 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

Its consolidated net profit slipped 3% to ₹5,326 crore in the March quarter of FY26 as against ₹5,497 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

For Q4 FY26, L&T's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹8,610 crore, up 5% from ₹8,202 crore in Q4 FY25. Its EBITDA margin contracted at 10.4% vs 11.03% a year back.

As of March 2026, the Group’s consolidated order book was at an all-time high of ₹740,327 crore.
