KPI Green Energy Q3 results: KPI Green Energy reported its earnings for the third quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q3FY26) on Wednesday, January 21, posting a 47.74% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹125.8 crore.

In the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, the renewable energy company had clocked a profit of ₹85.15 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.

The firm witnessed a 46.21% annual increase in revenue from operations to ₹662.86 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹458.36 crore in the December quarter of the 2024-25 financial year (Q3FY25). It was driven by accelerated project execution and healthy performance across key business segments.

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, grew 48% YoY to ₹251 crore in Q3FY26, as against ₹145 crore in the year-ago period.

The company stated that the growth in its EBITDA was supported by improved operational efficiency and scale-driven benefits.

Its EBITDA margin expanded to stand at 35.95% for the reporting quarter, in comparison to 29.85% in the third quarter of FY25.

“KPI Green Energy Limited reported a strong performance in Q3 FY 2025–26, marking its seventh consecutive quarter of highest-ever revenue and delivering its best-ever results for the nine months,” the firm said.

It further noted that the performance underscored its “robust execution capabilities, strong customer relationships, and scalable growth across its solar and hybrid portfolios,” adding that it continues to maintain strong growth momentum, bolstered by consistent improvement across all key financial parameters.

Board announces interim dividend

The board of directors of KPI Green Energy declared its third interim dividend at 4%, i.e., ₹0.20 per equity share, with a face value of ₹5 each, on the equity share capital of the company for FY25.

It also fixed January 28, 2026, as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend.

KPI Green Energy stock performance

Shares of KPI Green Energy surged as much as 3.54% to an intraday high of ₹458.55 apiece, after the results were announced. However, the stock turned red soon after, falling as much as 4.17% to the session’s low of ₹424.40 per unit.

At around 10:56 am, the scrip was trading 3.69% lower at ₹426.50 per equity share. The fall in the stock comes amid a sell-off in the broader market.

KPI Green Energy has a total market capitalisation of ₹8,400.81 crore, as of January 21, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
