Revenue from operations advanced 46.60% to ₹1,230.68 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 as compared to ₹839.48 crore in Q3 FY25.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) was at ₹467 crore in the reporting quarter, reflecting an increase of 90.05% from ₹246 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. EBITDA margin was at 37.95% vs 29.27% a year back.

ITC Hotels share price

Shares of ITC Hotels were trading 1.14% lower at ₹183.15 apiece on the NSE at 2:26 pm on Tuesday, January 20. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹38,147.46 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹261.62 per share on July 21, 2025, while its 52-week low was on January 31, 2025, at ₹155.10 apiece.

Earlier this month, ITC Hotels had announced the allotment of land by the Government of India enterprise India International Convention & Exhibition Centre (IICC), located at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The said land has been allotted on a 91-year lease worth ₹326.50 crore for development and operation of a premium 5-star hotel, with banqueting facilities and signature cuisine offerings.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, said, "Yashobhoomi is a gamechanger for the MICE industry. It has already hosted a large number of trade shows and big conventions. ITCHL shall leave no stone unturned to create one of the finest hospitality offerings through the proposed hotel that will showcase our culinary and service excellence to global guests."

ITC Hotels currently has a strong footprint across the Delhi NCR region with ten properties and 1599 keys across various brands, including ITC Hotels, Fortune and Welcomhotel.
