ITC Hotels Q2 results: Net profit jumps 75%, revenue rises to ₹839 crore YoY

ITC Hotels reported a 75% jump in its consolidated net profit at ₹133 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2025 on Friday, October 24. The company had posted a profit of ₹76 crore for the same quarter last fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations increased 8% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹839 crore for Q2 FY26 as compared to ₹778 crore in Q2 FY25.

ITC Hotels reported an operating profit or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹246 crore for the quarter under review, up 16% year-on-year from ₹212 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s margin also expanded to 29.2% as against 27.2% YoY.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of ITC Hotels were trading down 0.59% at ₹219.46 apiece on the National Stock Exchange.

Its EBITDA for H1 FY26 increased 17% to ₹491 crore, while the margin expanded to 29.6%.

Along with the earnings, ITC Hotels has proposed setting aside up to 2% of its issued and paid-up share capital for issuing shares under a new Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme.

Segment-wise, the revenue from the hotel business increased 8% to ₹823 crore on a yearly basis.  

ITC Hotels shares were listed on the stock exchanges BSE and NSE on January 29, 2025. After listing on the bourses, the firm said it plans to expand its portfolio to over 200 hotels over the next five years.

Post demerger, ITC holds 40% ownership of ITC Hotels, and ITC shareholders acquired the remaining 60% in proportion to their stake in ITC Limited.

Established in 1975, ITC Hotels operates more than 140 hotels across over 90 destinations. The group operates six vibrant brands – ITC Hotels and Mementos (luxury segment), Storii (boutique premium segment), Welcomhotel (upper upscale category), Fortune (midscale segment), and WelcomHeritage (heritage leisure space).
