Infosys Q3 Results: IT services major Infosys will declare its latest earnings for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on Wednesday, January 14.

In an exchange filing, the company said that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the firm and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Shares of Infosys settled 0.26% higher at ₹1,600 apiece on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹6,48,746.86 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,982.80 per share on January 13, 2025, while its 52-week low was on April 7, 2025, at ₹1,307 apiece.

Infosys will conduct an hour-long conference call on January 14 at 6:00 pm, where the senior management will hold a discussion on the company's performance and answer questions from participants.

How did Infosys perform in Q2 FY26?

In the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26, the company recorded a 13.19% increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹7,364 crore compared to ₹6,506 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company's revenue from operations in the July-September quarter of FY26 surged 8.55% to ₹44,490 crore as against ₹40,986 crore in the year-ago period. The Bengaluru-based firm had also declared an interim dividend of ₹23 per share.
