Indian Oil Q4 Results: State-owned integrated oil and gas company Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) will declare its latest set of numbers for the final quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on May 18.

In an exchange filing, IOCL said that a meeting of the company's board of directors is scheduled on May 18 to consider and approve standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board may also consider the declaration of a final dividend for FY26 at the aforesaid board meeting.

"Further to our letter dated 25th March 2026 intimating the start of the Window Closure Period under Insider Trading Code, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Indian Oil shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026 to Wednesday, 20th May 2026 for all 'Insiders' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company," Indian Oil said in a regulatory filing on May 4.

The company had recorded a 321.98% increase in its standalone profit after tax to ₹12,125.86 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26. It had posted a post-tax profit of ₹2,873.53 crore a year back.

Its revenue from operations climbed 6.97% to ₹2,31,769.04 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹2,16,649.47 crore in the year-ago period.
