HPCL Q4 results: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), which is involved in refining crude oil and marketing various petroleum products, will release its latest set of numbers for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 on May 13.

In an exchange filing, the company stated that "a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 to consider, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and recommendation of Final Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-2026."

"Further to our earlier letter dated March 25, 2026, with regard to closure of the trading window, it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed till May 15, 2026, for all 'insiders' as per the insider trading code of the company," it added.

HPCL Q4 results and dividend update: Date and time

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd will declare its earnings for the January-March quarter of FY26 and recommend a dividend, if any, on Wednesday, May 13. The company has not announced the time when the results will be out. In Q3, the earnings report card was released post-market hours.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd had posted a 57.70% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹4,011.4 crore in the October-December quarter of the financial year 2025-26. It had recorded a net profit of ₹2,543.65 crore a year back.

Its total income advanced 4.76% to ₹1,25,189.15 crore in the third quarter of FY26, compared to ₹1,19,493.99 crore in the year-ago period.
